Salvador M. Mascardo II

Salvador M. Mascardo II is the founder and principal architect of SM Mascardo and Associates, a Davao City practice he established in 2000. He began his career as a senior draftsman and job captain and built a reputation as an architectural perspectivist before leading his own firm. He is a Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines College of Fellows, a past president of its Mount Apo Chapter, and a past district director for Area D.

Based in Davao, the firm concentrates on institutional, healthcare, and commercial work across the Davao Region and wider Mindanao. Its portfolio includes the twelve-storey hospital expansion for the Davao Medical School Foundation, the Children and Neonatal Institute at the Southern Philippines Medical Center, and the Isuzu dealership in Tagum City.
